Nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Asheville, Blue Dharma Fine Art Gallery invites you to enjoy the many styles of Bill Bowers’ work: Zen Expressionism, Surreal Art, Abstracts, and Theme Exhibits. He is also known for his personal constructed Totems. Blue Dharma Fine Art has an emphasis on the surreal, the serene, and the calming of the mind. The influence of meditation and breathwork are made visual by the fusion of all the artifacts in the gallery.

The name Blue Dharma equates to “blue blessing”. The color blue elicits a response universally. It’s the color of the sky, of the formless flow of water, and represents imagination and intuition. Dharma can mean the eternal nature of reality, the underlying cosmic law of the universe, or simply a blessing. Bill invites you to feel the many muses that inspired this name and that live within his art.
